Standard Return Policy
ECID TRADING INC. stands behind the products we sell, and we want to make sure your experience with us is a positive one. If your order is incorrect (for example, we made a mistake on our end and sent you the wrong package or a different item from what you had ordered), you can return the incorrect item for a full refund or exchange it for something else.
Products returned for refund or exchange should be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Please contact us, and we will supply you with a courier label to enable you to return the incorrect product to us at no charge.
If the order is correct (for example, we sent you exactly what you ordered), you may exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products returned for exchange should be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Refund Exceptions
Goods supplied as ordered during abnormal market conditions are non-returnable. Examples of abnormal market conditions may include virulent outbreaks or natural disasters.
We cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. This responsibility belongs to the carrier who delivers the package. All goods are accepted in good condition by the carrier.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@ecidtrading.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. However, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
