Shipping Rates

ECID Trading INC is pleased to offer free shipping to selected countries within the Middle East and Africa.
Eligibility for free shipping varies by destination. Customers are encouraged to contact us to confirm whether their country qualifies.

Order Processing & Standard Shipping

• Orders are shipped as soon as possible; however, same-day shipment is not guaranteed.

• Standard order processing time is 5 to 8 business days.

• For specific lead times on individual products, customers should contact ECID Trading LLC prior to placing an order.

An order confirmation email is sent shortly after an order is placed. Customers are advised to check spam or junk folders if the confirmation email is not received. Failure to receive the confirmation email may also prevent receipt of shipping notifications and tracking details.

All shipments are tendered to carriers in good condition. ECID Trading INC is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen after shipment, as liability transfers to the carrier upon acceptance.

International Shipping

This policy applies to customers located in the United States, Canada Middle East, GCC countries, and all African territories.

ECID Trading INC is headquartered in the Canada and ships internationally to:

• Middle East

• GCC countries

• North Africa

• All African territories

Customers are solely responsible for all import-related charges, including but not limited to:

• Customs duties

• Import taxes

• Tariffs

• Handling fees

• Customs clearance charges

These charges are determined by local authorities and are not collected or estimated by ECID Trading Inc . Customers are advised to consult their local customs office prior to ordering.

Shipping Carriers & Methods

Lubriplate Lubricants products are shipped from the Lubriplate warehouse in Toledo, Ohio using the following carriers:

• UPS, FedEx, or DHL for expedited airfreight shipments (where permitted)

• International Forwarding Agencies for standard ocean freight or airfreight shipments

Customs & Import Responsibilities

ECID Trading INC is not responsible for customs fees or delays once goods have shipped. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that shipments may be subject to customs inspections and associated charges upon arrival in their country.

Special Instructions for Dangerous Goods

• Products classified as dangerous goods, including lubricants in plastic pails and aerosol spray cans, can be shipped via express airfreight couriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL with a limited number of Packages only ( 30 KG maximum).

• Orders containing products classified as dangerous goods, such as grease in pail packaging, may be split into multiple shipments due to safety and regulatory requirements. For example, an order of five pails of grease may be shipped under three separate tracking numbers, with each shipment treated independently.

  ECID Trading INC ensures that these shipments are coordinated for simultaneous delivery to the specified destination, minimizing disruption and maintaining efficient order fulfillment.

• Orders containing pail-packaged lubricants or aerosol products will be shipped via air freight (door-to-airport or port) using International Freight forwarding agencies.

Estimated Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary based on destination and shipment method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Middle East & GCC: 15–30 business days

• USA, Canada, Europe: 15–26 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 10–30 business days

• African Territories: 30–45 business days

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent by email once the order has shipped.
If tracking details are not received within 5 business days, customers should contact ECID Trading INC.

In some cases, tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear in the carrier’s system.

Multiple Shipments

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped in multiple packages, even if combined shipping was requested.

Standard Return Policy

ECID Trading INC stands behind the products we sell and is committed to ensuring a positive customer experience. The following policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns for Incorrect Orders

If your order was incorrectly fulfilled (e.g., the wrong product was shipped or an item differs from what you ordered), you may:

• Return the incorrect item for a full refund, or

• Exchange it for the correct product.

• Products must be returned in the condition they were received.

• Items must include the original packaging or box.

Return Process:
Please contact info@ecidtrading.com to request a return. ECID Trading INC will provide a prepaid courier label to return the item at no cost.

2. Exchanges for Correct Orders

If your order is correctly fulfilled, you may request an exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

Conditions for Exchange:

• Items must be returned in the condition they were received.

• Products must be in the original packaging or box.

• Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with the exchange.

3. Refund Exceptions

• Items supplied during abnormal market conditions (e.g., virulent outbreaks, natural disasters) are non-returnable.

• ECID Trading LLC is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. All items are accepted in good condition by the carrier.

4. Damages and Issues

Customers should inspect all items upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

• ECID Trading INC will evaluate the issue and provide instructions to resolve it promptly.

5. Refunds

• Once a returned item is received and inspected, ECID Trading INC will notify you of the refund status.

• If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
