Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

ECID Trading INC accepts the following payment methods for purchases made through its online platform:

  • PayPal

  • Major Credit and Debit Cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express

All payments must be completed in full prior to order processing and shipment.

2. PayPal Payments

PayPal is a secure third-party payment service provider. When PayPal is selected as the payment method, customers will be redirected to PayPal’s website to complete the transaction.

PayPal may be used to process payments through:

  • Credit cards

  • Debit cards

  • Linked bank accounts (E-Check)

Customers are responsible for complying with PayPal’s terms and conditions when using this service.

E-Check Processing Time:
PayPal E-check transactions typically require three (3) to five (5) business days to be confirmed. Orders will not be processed until payment confirmation is received.

3. Payment Security

All PayPal transactions are encrypted and processed through PayPal’s secure systems. ECID Trading INC does not store, process, or have access to customers’ credit card or banking information.

Payments made through PayPal are traceable and may be monitored by customers through their PayPal accounts.

4. Wire Transfer (Bank Deposit)

Customers who prefer to remit payment via wire transfer may do so by selecting Bank Deposit / Wire Transfer during checkout.

Upon selection, ECID Trading INC’s official banking details will be displayed. Customers must complete the order and remit the full invoice amount via wire transfer in accordance with the provided instructions.

Orders paid by wire transfer will be processed only after cleared funds are received in full.

5. Technical Assistance

In the event of technical difficulties or payment-related issues during checkout, customers are advised to contact ECID Trading INC for assistance prior to order completion.

6. Promotional Codes

Where applicable, promotional or discount codes must be entered during checkout and activated by selecting the “Apply” button. Promotional discounts will not be applied retroactively after order submission.

7. Order Processing

All orders are subject to payment verification and acceptance by ECID Trading INC. The company reserves the right to cancel or delay any order pending payment confirmation or verification.
