Standard Shipping Policies

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this may not always be the same day you place your order.

In general, processing time from 5-8 business days.

If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us with your questions.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you've placed it. If you don't receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because if you haven't received the order confirmation email, you also won't receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. This responsibility belongs to the carrier who delivers the package. All goods are accepted in good condition by the carrier.

International Shipments

This section applies only to customers located within the United States, the middle east, GCC, and all African Territories and countries. If you are located within Canada, you are not subject to any of the items noted below. 

ECID TRADING INC is located in Canada, and we do ship internationally to the continental United States, the middle east, GCC, North African territories, and all African countries. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc., required by your country for importing consumer or commercial goods. We do not collect this beforehand and can't estimate the cost because it varies widely based on the type of item ordered and the dollar value of the order.

ECID TRADING INC's warehouse in ON, CANADA, ships out carton pack cargo.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to the Middle East, African regions, and nations all around the world. However, we are unable to delivery to some places. We will contact you if you chance to be in one of those nations.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. However, by purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Shipment for dangerous goods such as Lubricants in plastic Pail Packing and aerosols sprays packs won't be shipped as airfreight expedite shipment using any of those express couriers like UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment.”

It takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system for some shipping companies. Therefore, if your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. If you have any other questions, please contact us, and we will do our best to help you out.
